Affiliate Disclosure
Hi, I'm Giselle — the person behind VitalAura.
I want to be upfront with you about something: some of the links on this site are affiliate links. That means if you click through and make a purchase, I may earn a small commission — at no extra cost to you.
Here's the honest version of how that works and why I do it.
Why I include affiliate links
VitalAura started as a personal record of my own journey with coeliac disease and food intolerances. Over time, it grew into something bigger — a space where I share what's actually helped me and other women navigate gut health, supplements, and wellness after 30.
Running this site takes real time: researching studies, testing products, writing and updating articles. Affiliate commissions help cover that time and the cost of keeping the site running, so I can keep creating free content instead of putting everything behind a paywall.
What this means for you
- I only recommend products I'd genuinely consider using or have used myself. If something doesn't fit the topic or the audience I'm writing for, I leave it out — no matter how good the commission is.
- My opinions are my own. Being an affiliate doesn't change what I write. If a product has downsides, I'll mention them.
- The price you pay never changes. Affiliate commissions come from the retailer's marketing budget, not from you.
Programs I'm part of
VitalAura is currently a participant in the following affiliate programs:
- Amazon Associates — as an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases
- Commission Factory (including brands such as Myprotein Australia)
- Digestore
- BuyGoods
- MaxWeb
- Mediaclares
- Direct partnerships with select brands, such as Terez & Honor
This list may be updated from time to time as partnerships change.
## Questions?
If you ever want to know more about a specific recommendation, or whether a particular link is an affiliate link, feel free to reach out through my [Contact page]. I'm always happy to talk about it openly.
Thanks for trusting me enough to read this far — it means a lot.
