Why Understanding Gluten Felt So Confusing at First
For a long time, I thought feeling constantly bloated, mentally foggy, tired after meals, and uncomfortable after eating was just “normal.”
I didn’t immediately connect those symptoms to food, and honestly, trying to understand digestive health felt extremely confusing at first.
The more I started learning about gut health, inflammation, food sensitivities, and gluten-related conditions, the more I realized that many people experience symptoms very differently.
